At WizPinz, operated by WIZ ENTERPRISES LTD, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because all of our products are digital codes delivered electronically, our refund policy necessarily reflects the nature of these goods.

Our Promise: If a code you purchase from us is genuinely faulty or invalid, we will replace it or refund you in full. No quibbles.

1. Digital Goods & Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content once it has been downloaded or accessed, provided the consumer has given express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right.

By completing your purchase on WizPinz, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital code and acknowledge that your right to cancel is forfeited upon delivery of a functioning code.

2. When We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement

We will provide a full refund or replacement code in the following circumstances:

  • The code delivered is invalid (rejected by the platform as "not valid" or "already used" at time of first redemption attempt)
  • The code has expired before the date of purchase
  • You received the wrong code for the product you ordered
  • Your code was never delivered due to a technical issue on our side (and you have provided the correct email address)
  • The product was incorrectly described on our website in a material way

3. When We Cannot Offer a Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The code has been successfully redeemed
  • You entered an incorrect email address at checkout and did not contact us before the code was sent
  • The code is valid but you cannot redeem it due to region restrictions that you were not made aware of
  • You have changed your mind after a valid code has been delivered
  • The code was issued to the wrong account due to user error
  • More than 14 days have passed since the order was placed without any contact from you

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page or by emailing info@wizpinz.shop with:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order reference number
  • A description of the issue
  • A screenshot showing the error message when attempting to redeem the code (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. The time frame for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your card issuer or payment provider, but is typically 3–5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. If a chargeback is initiated for a code that was successfully delivered and redeemed, we reserve the right to take legal action and report the matter to relevant fraud prevention agencies. We maintain detailed records of all code deliveries and redemption status.
