Orders & Payment
Simply browse our shop, choose the game and denomination you want, then click "Add to Cart & Checkout". Complete the secure payment form with your email and payment details and your code will be sent instantly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as popular digital payment methods. All transactions are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes! Every price on WizPinz is displayed in British Pounds (GBP). There are no hidden currency conversion fees â what you see is exactly what you pay.
Because our codes are delivered digitally and instantly, we are unfortunately unable to cancel an order once it has been processed and the code delivered to your email. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

Delivery & Codes
Codes are delivered to your email address automatically within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases during high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 5 minutes.
First, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, please wait up to 5 minutes and check again. If you still haven't received your code after 10 minutes, contact us at info@wizpinz.shop with your order reference and we'll resolve it straight away.
This is extremely rare. If you believe your code has been tampered with, please contact our support team immediately at info@wizpinz.shop with your order details. We will investigate and replace the code or offer a full refund.
Codes sold on WizPinz are for UK/Global accounts unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some codes may be region-locked to the UK or Europe. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Expiry varies by publisher. Most codes do not expire, but some promotional codes may have a validity period. Any expiry information will be noted on the product page or included with your code email.
Refunds & Issues
We offer refunds or replacements for codes that are confirmed invalid or non-functional. We cannot offer refunds for codes that have already been successfully redeemed. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
Please double-check that you're redeeming on the correct platform and region. If the code still doesn't work, contact us at info@wizpinz.shop with a screenshot showing the error. We'll either provide a replacement or a full refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3â5 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's email address at checkout and the code will be sent directly to them. Alternatively, you can enter your own email and forward the code yourself.
