By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About WizPinz

WizPinz is an online retailer of digital gaming e-pins, voucher codes, and gift cards. All products sold are digital and delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are a resident of the United Kingdom or are purchasing codes compatible with your region

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged to you will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

All product images, descriptions, and denominations are provided for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Ordering

When you place an order on WizPinz, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order is accepted when we send you the digital code(s) by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment systems. We do not store your full card details.

6. Digital Delivery

Codes are delivered to your email address automatically upon successful payment, typically within 60 seconds. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout. WizPinz is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address supplied by the customer.

7. Code Usage

Each code is for single use only unless otherwise stated. Codes must be redeemed on the designated platform and in the specified region. WizPinz is not responsible for codes that cannot be redeemed due to regional restrictions if the customer's region was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns or cancellations once a code has been delivered. Please see our Refund Policy for full details of the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on wizpinz.shop — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of WIZ ENTERPRISES LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. All game names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. WizPinz is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the game publishers or platform holders referenced.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, WizPinz shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data arising from the use or inability to use our services
  • Any issues arising from the misuse of a code by the purchaser
  • Platform outages or changes made by the publisher to their redemption systems

Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not use WizPinz to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to resell codes purchased from our platform without prior written consent
  • Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or mass-purchase codes
  • Engage in chargebacks fraudulently after receiving valid codes

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and pursue legal action in cases of fraud or abuse.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
